Monologues of a Female NASCAR Fan with a touch of Hormonal Rants and Raves.

In regards to my post a few days ago I asked veteran NASCAR fans:
“What is the hype about Jr. except for his huge marketability and his last name?”
Witch magically turned into me supposedly asking Jr. fans, ”Why Dale Jr. should be considered a good driver?”
And gosh darnit, I read my post 15x over again to look where I wrote that statement and I couldn’t find it. OH YEAH because I didn’t write it! Because Dale Jr. IS a good driver. Then I also continued to write on my post: “I’m not asking [the above referanced question] to bash Jr. and don’t get me wrong, I like seeing Jr. win, I have been waiting for him to win 1.) Because I genuinly like the guy and 2.) So “Jr. Nation” and all media outlets will keep running into the ground that it has been 76 races since his last win.”
I loved hearing everyone’s point of views that left comments, I appreciate the ones that did leave their opinion on the matter and on the fact that I was seeking more information, especially since I have only been watching NASCAR for three years and I might not necesarily know all the rules and regulations and why NASCAR mandates some rules, and not others. My passion for the sport grows everyday and I’m constantly learning new things.
What I don’t appreciate is a bunch of whiny fans crying because they misread my writing. Do I need to send little Joey Logano over to change your diapers for you? I thought you were Jr. Fans, not Denny Hamlin fans.
(Now that was a bash, in case you needed a reminder.)
When I started watching NASCAR three years ago, whenever Jeff Gordon won, beer cans and trash was thrown at his car. I simply could not fathom why people could be so disrespectful to an athlete, even more… a HUMAN BEING. Obviously he was good enough to win races why did people hate him so much? I ask the same question now with Kyle Busch…
Then I realized, the same unsportsman-like fans that hate Kyle Busch for doing nothing else but simply winning a lot of races are the same type of fans that threw beer cans at Jeff Gordon’s car a few years ago. Were those Jr. fans too? (That’s a curious question, not a “bashing” question.)
It’s not Dale Jr. that I dislike…it’s SOME of his fans. I love that they have so much passion for the sport and their driver, but some of them need a little bit more class.
I’m like Kyle Busch, you boo me, and I like it…because I’m still getting your attention.
